The form collects your name, email address and message. Telephone number and postcode are optional. Keep your message to an outline of your enquiry. Do not include passwords, account numbers, payment details, identification documents or sensitive financial records.
Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery and security services. Its privacy policy (cloudflare.com) describes information it may process when people interact with customer websites, including IP addresses, traffic routing information, system configuration information and other traffic data.
Handling your enquiry
Your contact details and message are used to handle your enquiry and related email correspondence. Enquiry information is recorded in Doxa, an internal enquiry system.
Supporting services
Google Cloud hosts the enquiry form service. Cloudflare supports website hosting, delivery and security. SMTP2GO handles email delivery, and Google Workspace supports email correspondence.
Analytics
No additional analytics scripts have been added to this website’s code. Cloudflare Web Analytics is configured at the hosting level.
Your rights and privacy questions
The Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator, explains data protection rights (ico.org.uk). Depending on the circumstances, these include information about processing, access to personal data, correction, erasure, restriction and objection.
These rights have conditions and exemptions. A request does not mean information must be deleted or that every requested change must be made.
